Ron Numbers has unexpectedly passed away. Loved ones and friends are shattered and devastated at this time. Kostas Kampourakis shared in a tweet – “It is with great sadness that I share this bad news: Ron Numbers has passed away. He was a prominent historian, but above all a generous and kind person. I saw Ron for the last time in Chicago in 2018, but we have been exchanging emails until very recently.”
