Tyson Downs has unexpectedly passed away. The news of Tyson’s death was shared online on July 24, 2023. Loved ones and friends are shattered and devastated at this time. Joan cause of death has not been officially announced. Update regarding the deceased cause of death will be will be posted as more information becomes available.
The following are statements on KW Siskins Facebook page on the passing of Tyson Downs – “The KW Siskins family are mourning the sudden loss of a cherished member of their team. It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye for now to Tyson Downs. His passion for the game was infectious, and his dedication to the team was unparalleled. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends, and teammates during this difficult time. His passing leaves a void that will never be filled. Rest in peace, Tyson. You will be missed but never forgotten.”
Hooked On Hockey Magazine also shared a post on Facebook on the passing of Tyson – “Downs has passed away at the age of 18. Downs was from Owen Sound, Ontario, and played this past season with the Kitchener-Waterloo Siskins in the GOJHL.
