The 17-year-old killed in a stabbing underneath the Panther Hollow Bridge in Schenley Park was identified as Brandon Thomas. Around 12:30 a.m., police were called to the scene in Schenley Park for reports of an aggravated assault and discovered a 17-year-old who had been stabbed in the chest.
He was transported to the hospital in a critical state, where he later passed away.
Pittsburgh Police’s violent crime unit is investigating. Additional details will be updated when it is avialable.
