The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office are investigating after a man was found dead. The incident happened in the area of 5th Street and May Ave Sunday morning. Police officers responded to the area following report of a man found dead. Officers arrived at the scene and found the man lying unresponsive.
The man identified as 18-year-old Omarion Valenzuela of Yuma, Arizona was pronounced dead at the scene. During the investigation, deputies determined the man to be a victim of a homicide.
