The victim shot and killed while mowing his lawn near 28th and Villard has been identified as “Oso Tatted” better known as Bill Czarnecki from Milwaukee. Police arrived to 5200 Block N 28th St & found the 53 year old man unresponsive. Those who live on Czarnecki’s street said he was always cheerful, taking care of his dog and his grass.
He was doing just that when a car passed along and killed him while he was mowing the lawn. Authorities are currently investigating what led to the shooting.
