Robert Frattarola of Harrison, New York State has passed away. Rob was found dead in a Parking Garage in Yorktown Heights, located in the town of Yorktown, New York, in northern Westchester County. White Plains City Police Department are investigating to determine the circumstances surrounding the cause of death.
