Deputies are investigating after a man is dead and another person is hurt after a shooting in on Manitoba West Wednesday night. The deceased victim has been identified as 21 year-old Jonathan Andrew Wade of St. Cloud, MN.
The shooting happened on the 90 block of Manitoba Avenue West just before 11 p.m., according to the city’s police department. Responding officers found a man who had been shot in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A bullet missed another person and grazed them. Police stated that they should recover after being hospitalized.
