The man shot dead Thursday evening in San Francisco’s Visitacion Valley neighborhood, Friday was identified as Ryan Pincus San Francisco. According to a press release from San Francisco Police, dispatchers got a 911 call from the victim about 9:43 p.m., reporting that he had been shot.
Officers arrived at the unit block of Kelloch Avenue, near Kelloch & Velasco Park, to find a man with suspected gunshot wounds.
Officers provided first aid until medics arrived. The man was taken to the hospital but despite the effort of first responders and hospital staff, the man was pronounced dead. The motive for thee shooting is unknown at this time.
