Melissa Palmer Duggan shared a post on Facebook regarding Donna’s passing – “I went to bed last night thinking of my ADPi sister Donna Milligan Cline after seeing a post of her daughter from bid day at University of Alabama. I woke up this morning to the news that Donna had succumed to injuries from a car accident on her way home from Tuscaloosa. I am heartbroken for her daughters and her husband. Donna was such a great friend to me and just a lot of fun. I know she will be missed. God wrap her family up in your love .”
