Investigation is actively ongoing after remains of Allisha Watts were found on Cemetery Road. She has been missing since mid-July. Allisha was last seen getting into her boyfriend’s car on July 16th. The car was still at the home located on Pamela Lorraine Drive in Charlotte. Police later identified Watts’ boyfriend as James Dunmore.
James has been arrested a short while ago in connection to the death. He has been charged with murder.
On July 19th, the Foxfire Police Department conducted a welfare check. Watts wasn’t at home.
Watts’ automobile was discovered in Anson County on July 18th. She was not present. Dunmore, on the other hand, was in the car. According to police, he “was the victim of an apparent suicide attempt.”
According to the search request, officials confiscated clothing, smartphones, a camera, a tablet, a laptop, a memory card, swabs, and photographs. A police report from July 20th, only one day after Allisha Watts’ disappearance, stated that gunshot shell casings were discovered in front of Dunmore’s house.
