40-year-old Brandon L. Moore, a resident of Louisville has sadly passed away. Brandon died after a late Friday night shooting in Madisonville. The shooting occurred Friday just before 11:40 p.m. on South Madison Avenue.
Multiple law enforcement officers responded to the area in response to the shooting. Upon arrival, officers found someone who had been shot multiple times. The victim was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
MPD says there is no known threat to public safety as a result of the shooting, but that the investigation is ongoing.
