Isael Eduardo Rios, 24, of Lorain has sadly passed away. Isael was found fatally shot in the parking lot of The Chronicle-Telegram early Saturday morning. Employees of the Chronicle discovered the man in the parking lot and called the police, who responded at 225 East Avenue at 3:12 a.m.
Police discovered Isael there, where he had been shot twice, once in the chest. Rios was taken to UH Elyria Medical Center, where doctors declared him to be dead.
