Samuel Wilson, a 26-year-old resident of Long Eaton was identified as the man who died following a tragic collision. Samuel Wilson died after being hit by a van along with two other men.
The incident occurred on the Market Place just after 2am on Saturday 16 December. Samuel was pronounced dead at the scene after all effort to revive him failed. Two other men also involved were transported to hospital. They are said to be in stable condition at this time.
Investigation into the incident is currently ongoing. Our prayers and condolence are with the family of the deceased during this difficult time.
