Theresa Cachuela has sadly passed away after being fatally shot Friday morning in a parking lot near Pearlridge Center. According to report, the suspect was later found dead after fleeing the scene. It appears the suspect killed himself.
Cachuela was a mother of three, including the 8-year-old who was with her when the shooting happened. Cachuela, 33, was a social media influencer and beauty entrepreneur.
