Authorities identified the people who died in murder suicide New City NY as 49-year-old Watson Morgan, 43-year-old Ornela Morgan, and their two sons, ages 10 and 12. On Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 12:20 am, Clarkstown Police Department officers responded to 10 Clydesdale Ct. in New City to perform a wellness check just after midnight.
Upon arrival officers made entry to the residence of the above-referenced location and discovered four deceased persons. Officers believed Watson killed his wife and two children, prior to killing himself with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Police say this was an isolated incident and there is no danger to the public, but they ask anyone with information related to this investigation to call them at 845-639-5840.
