43-year-old Charles Danny CHARTRAND of Winnipeg has sadly passed away. Charles was found unresponsive at a residence in the 200 block of Fountain Street. Responding officers provided emergency medical care before the male was transported to hospital in critical condition
Charles was later pronounced deceased in hospital. The investigation is ongoing. Our prayers and condolence are with the family of the deceased during this difficult time.
