Craig Kroger has sadly passed away. Craig died at age 44 following a motorcycle crash early Sunday evening. Decatur County Sheriff’s Office stated that the accident occurred around 5:20 p.m. in the 13000 block of S. US Highway 421.
Kroger was transported from the scene to Decatur County Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The motorcycle had mechanical issues as it was wobbling and was out of control. The motorcycle veered off the side of the road and crashed into a mailbox.
Kroger was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, deputies said. Our prayers and condolence are with the family of the deceased during this difficult time.
