Matthew Harper, teacher at Urbandale Middle School has sadly passed away. Matthew died after he suffered a devastating medical episode in his brain on February 7th, 2023. Matthew lived a happy life and he was known as the most positive person.
According to the Gofundme organized by Katie Sullivan and Ted Brimeyer, Matthew suffered a brain aneurysm on Wednesday. Anna was thankfully there to help with life-saving measures until EMS could arrive. After the last roughly 36 hours, Matthew has been declared brain dead.
A total of $1,810 USD has been raised out of $50,000 goal.
