Arsenal Technical High School is currently on lock down due to report of an active shooter. The incident occurred Friday FEB 15, at 1500 E Michigan St, Indianapolis, IN. Law enforcement officials and emergency crews responded to the area after they received report of an armed person.
Police are coordinating their positions, with some officers on the north side and others gaining access through a gate off Oriental to respond to the incident.
