64-year-old Jeffery Williams of Carriere has unexpectedly passed away. Jeffery died as a result of a fatal crash in Pearl River County. The tragic incident occurred on Monday, February 19, 2024, on Highway 53 in Pearl River County.
Jeffery was traveling north on Highway 53 in a 2019 Ford F-150 when the vehicle left the roadway and collided with a tree. Responding officers found him fatal injuries from the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
