Jaxton Brown, an infant has been found safe in Durham after an amber alert was issued Monday night.
An Amber Alert was issued for Jaxton after he went missing in Chapel Hill.
Jaxton Brown is an 8-day-old white male, approximately 1 foot 7 inches tall, and weighs 7 pounds.
He has blonde hair and blue eyes.
The victim is believed to be with: Destinee Ariel Cothran and Justin Lee Brown.
