Samuel L. Edwards Jr sadly passed away following Bordeaux shooting overnight Monday. Samuel died after an apartment shooting on Buena Vista Pike. According to Metro Police, Edwards was visiting “an acquaintance” when he was followed by an unknown gunman into the apartment and shot once.
He was taken to Skyline Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. No suspect is in custody at this time. The motive for the shooting is currently unknown. Investigation is active and ongoing.
