There is a large police presence at Gulf High School following an active threat. The incident occurred Thursday March 7, 2024 at 5085 Madison St, New Port Richey, FL. A lockdown has been implemented to ensure student safety.

crews were called to the area after they received report of gun threat. This investigation is ongoing and the reason for the threat is unknown. Additional information will be made available as this investigation develops.
