Kelvi McCray has sadly passed away. Kelvi McCray died after being shot by her ex-boyfriend late Wednesday night. According to the West Palm Beach Police Department The incident occurred while she was on a FaceTime call with three other people.
According to the probable cause affidavit, one of those involved on the video conversation reported seeing the victim shot in the back and head.
According to jail records, the suspect, Keisean Shaw, was detained on one count of first-degree murder with a handgun. Shaw, 19, did not appear in court Thursday morning because he was hospitalized. Officers discovered him with a gunshot wound to the head in the same house as the victim.
