22-year-old Nadejda Mossor and 37-year-old Jason Han, both of Arlington passed away in an apparent murder-suicide that took place in Pentagon City on Tuesday. They were in a relationship, according to police. The incident occurred on Tuesday in the 500 block of 12th Street .
Officers responded to the area around 4:15 p.m. for the report of a possible death. Before contacting police, a building maintenance man had entered the residence to perform a welfare check on behalf of a family member.
The arriving officers found the bodies of an adult male and adult female in a bedroom. They both appeared to be suffering from gunshot wounds, according to police.
