Authorities are currently investigating an active shooter situation at Olive Garden Joplin. At around 12:15 p.m. Joplin Police were alerted to a disturbance at the Olive Garden in Joplin. JPD and Newton County Deputies arrived surrounding the building and everyone was evacuated.
There’s been no word from authorities as of yet about injuries or what exactly happened during this incident. Investigators are working to determine exactly what happened.
