19-year-old Kymere Allen was identified as the victim who died after shooting in Wilmington, Delaware, on Wednesday afternoon. The shooting happened on the 400 block of South Heald Street just after 2 p.m..
Law enforcement officers were called to the scene where they found 19-year-old Kymere who had died from his injuries and a second 19-year-old who was transported to a nearby hospital.
