Authorities are investigating after two people were injured after a shooting during the Armed Forces Torch Light Parade. According to a press release, two people were injured and transported to the hospital after a shooting on West Sprague Avenue and North Washington Street.

The person responsible for the shooting has been detained and the Major Crimes Unit is on their way to the scene.

Law enforcement is currently rerouting the parade to Riverside.
