James Edwin Otto, Raiders legend has sadly passed away. The news of his death was announced Saturday May 19, 2024. James was born and raised in Wausau, Wisconsin, James played football at Wausau High School under coach Win Brockmeyer.
He played college football in south Florida at the University of Miami, where he joined the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He will be sorely missed by friends, family, and the community.
