Law enforcement officials and emergency crews are still on scene of a shooting that happened in .Harvey. According to report, one student was shot during dismissal on the last day of school. The shooting occurred about noon in the parking lot of a business located in the 2200 block of Eighth Street, across from West Jefferson,
The victim, 18, was taken to a hospital for treatment.
He was in stable condition, according to Capt. Jason Rivarde, spokesperson for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
