Multiple police officers and fire units were responded to shooting at Columbia Walmart store Friday evening. Several Columbia Police Department cruisers and fire trucks from Boone County and Columbia were seen outside the store on Conley Road in east Columbia. Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers were also at the scene.
Police tape was up over part of the parking lot. Investigators are working to determine exactly what happened. Dispatch officials say more details are expected to be released later today. We will keep you update on-air and online with the latest information.
