Authorities have confirmed the identity of a deadly single-vehicle crash victim. 24-year-old Gavin Byrd of New Albany died following an accident in New Albany, Indiana, on Sunday evening. The tragic accident occurred just before 8 p.m the 3700 block of Klerner Lane.
Police responded to the area following report of the tragic incident. Police found a vehicle that had been flipped upside down. Police said the only occupant, the driver, was pronounced deceased on the scene
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
