The Gainesville Police Department is investigating a possible murder-suicide. The incident occurred in the 2800 block of Deerwood Trace. According to report, officers found a dead man and woman inside a vehicle at a private residence.
Gainesville Police Department shared a post regarding the incident on Facebook – “We would like to remind the public that our community has an abundance of resources for those impacted by domestic violence,” the post said.
The victims identity is yet to be released. Investigation is actively ongoing. Further details will be provided when it becomes available.
