Multiple law enforcement officers are responding to report of shooting in Spokane. The incident occurred Friday g at the Sister Haven Apartments in north Spokane.
Spokane Falls Community College and Magnuson Building have been placed on lockdown and people are advised to shelter in place.
Detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident to determine the motives and the events leading up to the shooting.
