55-year-old Alfred Fields has been identified as the person killed after stabbing in Southeast on Monday. The tragic incident occurred the 3100 block of Buena Vista Terrace just before 6:45 p.m. Law enforcement official responded to the scene after they received report of the incident.
Responding officers found a man lying in the street suffering from stab wounds. He was transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Police have not released any suspect information at this time. Investigators are working to piece together the events leading up to the fatal stabbing.
