Authorities are investigating after one person was injured in a shooting in Olney. The shooting occurred Thursday evening around 8:25 p.m. in the 3000 block of Appomattox Avenue. Officers were called to the scene for shooting report.
Upon arrival, a man suffering from gunshot wound was taken to a hospital. The victim is said to be in a stable condition. Detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident to determine the motives and the events leading up to the shooting.
