Minh Ha Nguyen of Richmond, Virginia has sadly passed away. Minh Ha died at age 57. He was pronounced dead after he drowned late Monday morning. Emergency crews responded to the area after they received report of a drowning victim near Beach Access #3 (1820 N Shore Drive).
Minh Ha Nguyen was pronounced dead after all effort to resuscitate him failed. Our prayers and condolence are with the family of the deceased during this difficult time.
