Victor Gutierrez Garcia has sadly passed away. Victor reportedly died in an accident. The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. on July 18 on Loop 1604. All the westbound lanes of 1604 was closed.Most of the eastbound lanes at Judson Road on the North side were also blocked.
The victim was pronounced dead after succumbing to his injuries. More on this crash will be available once we obtain further details. Our prayers and condolence are with the family of the deceased during this difficult time.
