Authorities are investigating following report of a shooting in Gallup. The shooting occurred Friday evening at Rio West Mall in Gallup. Law enforcement officials responded to the scene for a shooting report. Upon arrival, officers found one person injured.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injures.
Detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident to determine the motives and the events leading up to the shooting.
