Authorities are investigating after a deadly hit-and-run accident took the life of a 54-year-old Randy Ticknor from Binghamton, New York. Police responded to the area following report of the tragic incident which occurred in the area of Hersheypark Drive and Hotel Road Friday morning.
Ticknor was pronounced dead after succumbing to his injuries. More on this crash will be available once we obtain further details.
Emergency crews attempted to provide life-saving measures for the victim. Police have identified a 29-year-old Fredericksburg man as the driver of the Dodge.
