Authorities urge the public to help in locating a missing autistic boy identified as Ivan Moore. Ivan Moore was reported missing by the Police Department on Saturday July 28, 2024 in Staten Island. He is diagnosed with autism and needs daily medication.
HE is considered to possibly be in EXTREME danger and in need of medical assistance.
