Authorities are investigating following a murder-suicide incident that left two people dead and sent two more to hospital. The tragic incident occurred around 10:45 p.m. on Thursday in the area of Bradshaw Drive and McCarthy Road West.
Responding officers found four individuals with apparent gunshot wounds. One individual was pronounced dead at the scene, while a second was taken to Stratford General Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased, a police release late Friday afternoon said.
According to report, 31-year-old Ricky Bilcke, and three others were involved in an altercation when he opened fire on his neighbours before taking his own life.
Jonathan Bennett, 36 was pronounced dead at the hospital. The second victim, David Tokley, 43, is currently in an unstable condition at the hospital. The third victim, Stephanie Irvine exited her residence and was targeted and shot by the shooter.
