The Ramsey County Medical Examiner identified Tirece Reed, 33, of Inver Grove Heights as the person who died after shooting. The shooting occurred Thursday evenings at the intersection of Charles and Galtier.
Detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident to determine the motives and the events leading up to the shooting.
