34-year-old Stephannie Holston has been identified as the deceased bicyclist who died after being struck by a car in Ocean City on Sunday. was using an e-bike in the St. Louis Ave. southbound cycling lane at roughly 2:00 p.m.
Stephannie was riding an e-bike in the southbound bicycle lane on St. Louis Ave. around 2 p.m. Stephannie was pronounced dead at the scene.
