24-year-old Benjamin Herman of Richmond has sadly passed away. Benjamin died following Southside shooting. The shooting occurred on Treehaven Drive on the city’s southside. Emergency crews responded to the area for a shooting report.
Upon arrival, the crews found a man unresponsive with apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to a hospital where he passed away.
