62-year-old Daniel Stober has sadly passed away. Daniel died after he was hit by an SUV in North Attleborough, Massachusetts. The accident occurred on 178 Commonwealth Avenue shortly before 9:22 a.m.
Police officers responded to the scene or a reported motor vehicle versus pedestrian incident. The victim was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. An investigation is ongoing. The circumstances surrounding the crash are unclear at this time.
Stober was hit by a GMC Acadia that was being driven by a 24-year-old Attleborough man, officials said. According to report, the driver remained on scene and attempted to provide aid to the victim.
