28-year-old Jeanclaude Lubunga has sadly passed away. Jeanclaude died in an accident on the south side of Indianapolis Friday night. According to officials, the crash occurred just before 11 p.m. Aug. 9.
IMPD officers responded to the scene and found a pedestrian killed in a suspected hit-and-run accident. Investigation into the crash is ongoing. Condolences are with the family of the deceased.
