Doug Cordes, 48, of Vinemont was identified as the victim fatally while working at Rusken Packaging. According to report, The tragic death was a medical incident and not related to any fault of the facility. All guidelines were followed when this took place.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and Edwin was pronounced dead on the scene. Investigation into the incident is ongoing.
