Kent Mitchell accident – Kent Mitchell ( aka “Yankee” ) has sadly passed away at age 69. Kent died after being struck by a gas tanker in Marabella. The incident occurred shortly before 9 am. Saturday 17 August 2024 on Union Road.
Kent was attempting to cross the road when the gas tanker driver ran him over. Kent was pronounced dead after succumbing to injuries on scene.
Marabella police are currently investigating. Further details regarding the cause of his death will be disclosed when it becomes available.
