58-year-old Stephen Oswald has sadly passed away. Stephen reportedly died from a head injury. Law enforcement officials were deployed to the Seabra Foods parking lot off of Rockdale Avenue just before 4 a.m. for reports of a man suffering from a head injury.
Stephen was pronounced deceased at the scene.Nina Busnengo, 31 was arrested after ebin accused of Stephen’s death. Nina has been charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
An investigation into the homicide is active and ongoing. Further details regarding the cause of his death will be disclosed when it becomes available.
